My Story

Hal is a sweet, playful, and curious puppy despite being deaf. Like all puppies, training will be crucial for him, but Hal will need a bit more patience and time. Visual cues will play a significant role in his learning process. This Catahoula Leopard mix was recently rescued from Louisiana with the help of our partner FAUNA and support from The Irving and Phyllis Millstein Foundation for Animal Welfare, and has unique markings and stunning two-tone eyes that make him stand out. He adores being held and can be quite vocal when expressing himself. Hal is a social butterfly who loves both people and other dogs; he thrives on companionship and enjoys being by your side at all times. If you are looking for a wingman, Hal is for you!
