This beautiful girl was found wandering (hence the name :-) on the backroads of rural Kentucky ... but this Gypsy is more than ready to settle down. She's calm and quiet, and loves to be in the house -- no doubt she's had enough of roughing it on the road! When she first arrived, she was in a great deal of pain from an overgrown dewclaw that had grown nearly half an inch into the pad of her foot.
Her foster mom had that taken care of right away, and says her foot looks -- and feels! -- much better already. She also reports that Gypsy is good with other dogs and with cats, and would be a wonderful family pet.
Our pretty little wanderer recently traveled north in her gypsy caravan, so please stop by an upcoming Meet & Greet to find out if Gypsy is the right pet for you! (Local adoptions preferred -- Philadelphia and tri-state area only.)
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families. (Note: Please e-mail us to request an adoption application.) To speed e-mail processing time, be sure to note the name of the dog you are inquiring about in the Subject line. For Meet & Greet times and locations, visit our
website, where you also will find information on our adoption process and fees.
