Gus is a 28 month old purebred and registered Great Dane. He is black and white "mantle". He is well behaved and has had training. He walks well on a leash. He absolutely loves people and is a big cuddler. He is well socialized with other dogs. He has not had a lot of exposure to children, but does fine with them when approached quietly. He has not had exposure to cats.
He loves to play tug and to chase thrown toys. Carrots are one of his favorite treats. He is fine when left alone for up to 8 hours, but does get bored and needs some stimulation and exercise. He also has a somewhat sensitve stomach and takes glucosamine supplements for joint health.
We are looking for a family who can continue with his training and who will give him lots of love and play-time. Gus needs a home with a fully fenced yard and his adoption fee will be $250.
