To Locate Our Application go to http://rescue.fluffydog.net/how-to-adopt.html MY AGE: approx. 1 year WEIGHT: approx. 27lbs MY STORY: Guapa recently arrived from Costa Rica.  It was a long process to get her here, and many people helped -- we can't wait to see her thriving with her forever family.  Guapa was rescued as a stray from the streets in Puerto Jiminez and has been in a foster home.  Her Costa Rican fosters called her the "sweetest dog ever" and they have fostered over 40 dogs!  They would have loved to keep her, but already have 2 dogs of their own and cannot afford more.  She is shy at first, but once she trusts you, could not be sweeter -- she loved to sit in her foster parent's laps. Guapa is smaller than she appears in her photos. ADOPTION FEE: $550 To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION. Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six.
