Gryff

This absolutely magnificent dog is Gryff! He is a 2 year old (Nov 2002) black and rust, cropped and docked male Dobe in need of a new forever home. Gryff's current owner is moving into a condo and feels it would be unfair to take Gryff along. Gryff is a very healthy and active boy and would do best with an active person/persons who would take him for walks and runs in the dog park. He is good with the indoor house cat (although the cats despises him!), he is good with female dogs and since there are no children in the home that is an unknown. Gryff LOVES to go swimming in the pool in the summer and he loves to be hosed down when it's hot outside. He is 90% house trained ( he is not allowed free run of the house when no one is home), he should do just fine once he is supervised for a period of time. He does still have a lot of puppy in him and he will chew on his bed and blankets so he should be given limited/supervised "stuff". Gryff will be neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated prior to going into his new home. Gryff will need a home with a yard and an active family/person to adopt him. We do require a home/check (we are looking for a fenced yard with secure gates, condition of other pets and so on) , an adoption agreement (he must be returned to us if you ever in his lifetime cannot keep him) and an adoption donation. OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS ARE POSSIBLE BUT ALL OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA MUST BE MET. TRANSPORTATION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ADOPTER. IN THE EVENT THE ADOPTION DOES NOT WORK OUT HE MUST BE RETURNED TO US AT YOUR EXPENSE.
