Grover is ready for adoption!
Grover is an 8 month old, 40 lb, dog friendly, very playful Siberian Husky pup in need of a forever home. Grover loves people; though he found my hubby to be off-putting on first meet.
Did I already say that Grover is playful ? this boy loves to fetch. Bonus...he even ignored the cat that he met.
When Grover came into the shelter he was starving, a rack of bones. At that time he did have some slight food guarding, which is to be expected in the condition he was in. With us, this has stopped. Grover now knows that he will be fed, and he does take food, or treats, very nicely by hand. Anyone adopting him should be aware of this. Grover should be fed separately, in his crate, feeding station, etc., until he settles into his new home.
