Gromit …
VERY SWEET 1 year old male Brittney Spaniel mix. Reserved
and very smart. He is more handsome in person and will be a wonderful pet for a
family with or without other pets.
About these
pets …. All of these dogs are victims of Hurricane Katrina they
were either found wandering or have been surrendered by their families as they
have no place to keep them. They were transported by volunteers and arrived Thanksgiving
Evening at Dapper Dog for bathing and grooming. This week some will be
transported to local vets for medical care and vaccinations. Some of these dogs
need to be spayed and neutered. Carpet and More was generous enough to donate
space for a makeshift kennel and local supports have been kind in donating
towels and food and various other supplies. Geri from Dapper Dog will be
coordinating volunteers to walk and transport and well as adopt these dogs …
your help in any way would be appreciated. Please consider a donation to help
offset the vet costs.
