ADOPTION PENDING - She is a survivor. In her short life she seems to be the only pup rescued with her mother. Her mother was full German Shepherd but I am sure the dad was a hound dog of some sort. She acts more hound than Shepherd. Greta is a very relaxed and laid back. Her biggest decision in a day is, do I sleep on the sofa or chair. At this point I could say, in know way is she a guard dog. The only aggresion I have seen is the demand to sit in your lap and give you kisses. She is fine with kids but prefers quiet play. There is no interest in cats at all, that would entail a chase. She would rather sit in your lap and let the other dogs do that. She barks very little and when she does her head is straight up and is a funny howl, bark. She will play if you want her to. It's usually not rough play. Potty training took 2 days, she goes out without a lead, and responds to her name.
If you are looking for a calm, quiet, loving, full of kisses pup, she would be perfect.
