This dignified young lady is a very rarely seen Russian Ovcharka or Caucasian Shepherd Dog. Not common to this area they are highly valued by ranchers as guardians for their livestock. Greta was found wandering in an area notorious for dumped dogs. We have been actively engaging Greta to learn more about who she is under all that floofy coat. We have discovered her to be a lovely and engaging girl. She possesses qualities the breed is well known for,such as aloofness until she comes to know you. Once she knows you, she's a delightful and loving girl. Greta LOVES playing with fun loving male dogs!
Greta will need a ranch and someone with the knowledge and skills for this magnificent breed.
Greta is been tested with other dogs as well as farm animals and she has proven to be fantastic with all, including chickens. She's true to her breed as a guardian dog.
She is fully vetted and approximately 4 years old.
