GRADY

Hello! My name is Grady! Aka Grady-baby, Gravy, Brady, or whatever you want to call me! I'm eight years old but have the energy of a youngin! Especially now that I know what couches and beds and snuggles AND TOYS are!!! They're the best!!! Oh and French fries ? those are the best too. Man, everything in life is the best ?? I'm so grateful to just be alive and in a home, but I'm looking for my forever home, can you help me? We spent a whole year feeding, and gaining trust from Grady and finally caught him. He had a broken pelvis, heartworms, intestinal parasites, bullets, and he was emaciated and terrified of people. We got him healthy, into a foster home and he was adopted by someone we thought we could trust who had been part of Gradys journey all along. He trusted and loved her. A few days before Christmas of 2023, Grady was found emaciated and freezing and terrified on someone's stoop. He had to be re-rescued, re vetted, re fostered, and rehabilitated. We had to rescue him twice and have promised Grady to never experience failure by humans ever again. His adopter refused our calls, emails, texts and we never got an explanation on why he ended up back out there nearly dead when he was so loved and wanted just a few months prior. Grady was lucky to find the kind woman who is fostering him currently, but he would be even luckier to have a family of his own. Grady is cat, dog, and kid friendly and he's a medium size dog although he's a bit chunky these days. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and kept on monthly prevention and cleared of heartworms. He is located in Tulsa OK but can be adopted anywhere in the United States. I will require a tall fence and a meet and greet to make sure he and you are comfortable as he can be timid with some new men.
