Gracie

Meet Gracie! This gorgeous girl found herself in an overcrowded kill shelter in TN, through no fault of her own. She came in with another female dog so we believe she should be ok with other dogs given a proper introduction. Gracie is a young girl, approx 3 yrs old and 45 lbs Lab/Staff mix. She is in a foster home and here is what her foster parents say: "Gracie is super sweet and loving. She can be shy and nervous at times, which is very understandable with all she has gone through. Working on these and regular potty breaks. She is slowly opening up to show us her true personality. She has a good appetite, does well in her crate. Gracie has moments of sheer joy running around, exploring in the back yard. Though it doesn't last too long before she's ready to go back in and on the couch!! She likes to jump inside, especially over the dog gate!! Gracie really likes other dogs and has played well with dogs that are smaller than she is. She plays a fun game in the house of rounding up all the shoes and putting them in a pile. Gracie is smart, in addition to routine physical exercise, she could benefit from some mental activity games/puzzles, to keep this girl from discovering forbidden items in the home!!! Nothing a frozen broth/veggie or peanut butter stuffed Kong won't solve!! Gracie really needs to find her furever home.
