Please welcome Grace to our rescue! Grace was picked up as a stray and she sadly has demodex and ended up at MDAS . Luckily it is a noncontagious skin condition that will clear up with medical baths and antibiotics.Her hair will grow back and she will heal completely from her skin condition. She is doing amazing in her foster home! All of her open wounds are healed and her hair is growing back daily. We found that the crate is her safe space and she will tuck herself in there even if the door is open. She is young around 3 years old and she is potty trained! Now that she is settled in her foster home, she loves to follow her fosters around the house and she will become your little shadow. She is good with other dogs and she is definitely becoming more playful. She definitely needs slow introductions with dogs as she can be a bit insecure. With time, she loves to play with other dogs and she loves pack walks. She needs a patient and loving forever home who can continue to socialize her to help her understand the world does not have to be so scary. She is opening up to be the sweetest girl, and she just needs a loving forever family who can continue to show her true love.
