Gomez seeks to find a home to call his own but we ask he be fostered by his prospective family first! He has some special behavior considerations that we want to ensure could be comfortably managed in a home setting. Despite our best efforts, the shelter setting cannot substitute the love and attention that can be given in a home and these dogs deserve the chance to truly flourish and be the best version of themselves! I was transferred from a shelter in Texas and although I love my shelter family I have been highly stressed and anxious which makes me reactive to other dogs and more nervous of strangers. I would prefer to be in a quiet household with no other dogs or small children with a family that can give me patience and time to acclimate to my new surroundings."
