GOMER

Gomer is an incredibly earnest and well-mannered doggo with a zest for life! He is always game to go for a walk, chew on a bone or toy, dig up a gopher tunnel, cuddle up next to you (on the couch, bed, floor, anywhere), play tug, sniff around the backyard, play with another pup. Hed be happy to hang out and do any of those things for hours on end, or as long as he has a couple hours of excitement a day hes also content to laze around, perhaps rousing for the occasional howl at a siren going by or other strange sound. We have fostered several dogs, and Gomer might be the easiest-going of them all. He is very well house-trained (zero accidents, even from day 1!) and is totally fine when we leave him home alone for a few hours. He is great on walks and enjoys sniffing all around. He wrestles, plays chase, and plays bitey-face with our dog for hours a day, so hed probably be most fulfilled with another playful dog-sibling. Perhaps most amusing are his attempts to play fetch, which are like a scene from a slapstick comedy. But when it comes to tug, watch out because you have met your match.
