This very handsome guy is Goliath! We think he is a Belgian Malinois/Labrador Retriever mix, although he may have some some Great Dane mixed in. He turned three years old this past February, and he weighs about 75-80 lbs. This is one of those big handsome "mush" dogs who just wants a family that can spend some time with him and love him.

Goliath is a superb dog. His foster family is thrilled to have him, as he is completely housebroken, totally obedience trained (sit, down, come, heel, stay) and very goofy, friendly, and affectionate. He is left free in the house while his family is at work and he is perfectly behaved. He has the greatest facial expressions - his big ears combined with his happy face make you want to smile whenever you look at him. He is also a "leaner", and loves to be touched and petted.

Goliath is very dog friendly, fine with cats, and great with all people. He finds himself in search of a new home because his owners do not have the time to spend with him since they have 3 small children. We would like to find Goliath a home without small children under ten (because of his size and not his attitude). If you are looking for a ready-made pal to walk into your life and steal your heart, this is your guy. He is a gentle giant looking for a nice family who thinks a big teddy bear of a dog like Goliath is a treasure!
