He loves hugs and is a big cuddle bug once he knows you're a safe human. Loves to go on walks and car rides. He is a sucker for all treats! That is his signal that you are a safe human. Poor guy was badly abused and has learned to trust again. Goliath needs to be the only dog in the home. He only trusts the one dog (Pug) and all other dogs he doesn't get along with. He is current on vaccines, neutered, and heartworm negative. He loves you completely once he knows you are a safe human and won't hurt him. He is a beautiful brindle. Goliath needs to go slow when making introductions but warms up like a cuddle bug once he knows you're safe. He's good with smaller dogs and children. Some of his favorite things are dinner time, treats, walks and car rides. He knows basic commands, sit, lay, and speak. He loves chew toys, is crate trained and can be a couch potato or keep up with the kiddos. He loves to dance and give a good hug. COURTESY POSTING ONLY! Each animal will be spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, heartworm treated if applicable, fecal tested, de-wormed, microchipped and monthly heartworm preventative Please note GDRST is an all-volunteer, run by individuals with full time careers. In order to meet with a Dane that you are interested in, please complete our online application. After receiving your application, a volunteer will verify with your vet the care on your current or previous animals and then contact you to set up a home eval and to discuss which Dane may be a match for you.
