Meet Gizmo, a happy, calm, and mild-mannered 3-4-year-old Sheltie mix. This dear boy was on the run as a stray before being trapped and taken into rescue. He may have been neglected and mistreated before he made his way to us, but he will never know that kind of life again. Gizmo is warming up, settling in, and enjoying the comforts of his foster home. He is housebroken and dog door trained. He gets along just fine with dogs of all ages and sizes in his foster home but would do fine as an only dog. Gizmo enjoys lounging around in dog beds and getting head and belly scratches. He may require some patience as he warms up in a new home but will be the sweetest guy once he feels safe.
