Girlfriend is about 3–4 years old and was found wandering the streets with a male companion. Since she was found a couple of weeks ago, she has been in foster care with small dogs and the male bulldog she was found with, so far she has been friendly. Right now, she is a bit traumatized and fearful of people/ new environments. We believe she will warm up and be a wonderful dog once she is comfortable. Her new owners will need to be patient and slow with her until she has time to settle into a new space. She may require multiple meet and greets before she is comfortable going home with you. If you are familiar with rescue dogs and willing to be patient, Girlfriend might be the perfect dog for you!
