My Story

Ever wanted a "Therapy Dog"? Ginger is a natural! This Small Ginger and White Cocker is the most snuggly dog her foster mom has ever seen!

Ginger would do well as the canine part of a "Therapy Dog Team". This training is available in most parts of the country. Ginger would love going to Hospitals and Nursing Homes to minister to those who need her special gift of quiet snuggling.

Maybe you need her special therapy snuggling in your own life? This little sweetheart loves nothing better than to jump up on the bed of sofa and mold her small Cocker body right along side your body and allow you the joy of giving her a belly rub!

Ginger is house trained and gets along well with other dogs, both large and small. Ginger shows none of the Cocker aggressive nature you hear about. Ginger is one gentle sweet little girl! Ginger is even sweet natured when being groomed.

Ginger got her name for 2 reasons. One is because of the color of her spots and the other reason is because of the cute little "dance" she does when she is excited. So, her mom named her Ginger, after Ginger Rogers!

Ginger is such a "people dog" that she must be adopted to a family where someone is home most of the time. She loves to go for walks on lead, play with her balls and best of all, go for the most loved rides in the car. On one ride Ginger wanted some more water so she picked up a full small size bottle of water and started swinging it side to side....Ginger is one smart little girl! Needless to say Ginger got her water.
