Ginger

Ginger is a playful hound dog with a happy personality who is hoping to find her forever home where she can share her endless love and affection with a family who will cherish her for years to come. Personality: Ginger is loving and a loyal companion with a playful spirit that is always ready for an adventure, whether its a long walk or snuggling up on the couch for a nap. Ginger is incredibly friendly, has never met a stranger, and always happy with a wagging tail. She is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. Behavioral traits: Ginger is house trained and knows the basic commands sit, down, go crate, here, place, and wait she is eager to learn and responds well to positive reinforcement training. Ginger is great with people, other dogs, and loves children but can be a little pushy. Health: Ginger is up to date on all her vaccines and has been spayed. She is in good health overall although hounds like her are prone to ear infections due to their floppy ears, so regularly ear cleanings are important. When Ginger was found she was heartworm positive but with treatment she is now heartworm free. Ideal home: Ginger would thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of love, attention and exercise.
