Giggles

Giggles is a fun loving girl despite her past. She came to us from a high kill shelter where she was scheduled to be euthanized. She was adopted from this shelter in early 2024 and then ended up back at the same shelter as a welfare confiscated. She came back malnourished but still full of love and light. She does do well with other dogs, but will need a slow, proper intro. She is a shorty, stockier girl. She’s put on weight and looks a lot better than when she came to us. She has an amazing foster right now who is making sure she’s well fed and learning all the things about how home life should really be. She is fully vetted, UTD on vaccinations, current on preventions and spayed; however she is Heartworm positive. This isn’t contagious to other animals and she has already started her treatment. She’s super affectionate and friendly but she does jump a bit so we’d recommend her in a home with other kids ages 10 and up - we don’t want her to accidentally knock over a young toddler. She is house trained and does well in the crate - no accidents.
