Introducing Gia! She is a 1 year old, 20 pound Chihuahua mix looking for her forever home. This perfect girl is a bundle of joy with a smile that is guaranteed to melt your heart. She loves human attention and could sit on your lap cuddling with you for hours if you let her. One of her favorite things to do is to go on a walk and play with her kennel mates. When she gets really excited, you’ll often find her jumping around, running up and down the halls and having the zoomies. Gia is one of the most happy-go-lucky dogs that you’ll meet. She’s your go-to park, coffee shop and travel companion. With her perfect, small size, you can take her with you everywhere and anywhere you go. Gia was a part of a family of four dogs roaming around the streets in Puerto Rico. They all made their way to our sister shelter and have since received some much needed love, attention and treats.
