See Courtesy Posting Disclaimer * Update Feb. 7, 2024: Georgia is in a new foster home and has lost weight. She looks so gorgeous!! We still have not had her around cats or small children, but we do believe she would be o.k. in a home with a friendly canine companion. Georgia's owner recently passed away, and now she needs to find her new forever home. She is a very loyal companion who was by her owner's side until the end. Georgia appears to be a purebred German shepherd; she is about 6 years old, house-trained, spayed, and current on vaccines. She had a 3-year-rabies vaccine in 2022, so it is good until 2025. She has lived with another dog before, and we think she could get along with an older or mellow dog. We do not know whether or not she has been around cats or children.
