Genie

Genie is a sweet, affectionate, and loving 2.5-3 year old 55lbs chocolate lab pittie mix. After Genie was abandoned, she was crushed, heartbroken, and confused. Luckily, her canine foster sister is showing her the ropes and giving her lots of reassurance that everything will be ok. Genie is a gentle soul and will need an adopter who is nurturing and equally gentle. She loves loves LOVES other dogs, so she will need a home with an established confident and playful pup that she can play with. She loves the yard, so a fenced in yard is the most ideal. She is potty trained and she loves everyone she meets. While she is crate trained and will happily go into her crate when needed, her preference is to lounge on the big bean bag in her foster home. She is not a fan of the car. While she does not get car sick, she sticks her head between the driver seat and the door the whole ride and is happy when she can get out. Genie has been through a lot of heartaches and lost people and dogs she's loved. It is our mission to ensure that the home Genie is placed in will be her absolute forever home with no chance of her being abandoned again.
