General recently had an eye infection and needed extensive surgery and hospitalization to have the eye removed. He is recovering well, is happy and enjoying his new home.
General is a neutered adult male and he is microchipped. He has a sweet disposition and a happy demeanor. General is not house-trained and is accustomed to being outdoors. He has a great attitude, comes when called, and would be a fun and safe child's dog. He is gentle and good-natured. General was recently on a 4 day mushing camping trip with his family and did very well. He also went skijoring recently; General was not sure what was expected of him at first, but he caught on quickly. He's such a happy, eager dog. General has a nice trotting gait and is very strong. He has gone on trips of up to 30 miles. He is not fast, but would do well in a recreational mushing home.
