Gene is now back at the pound?. He's so sad in his kennel. He's hated being all alone in there since being found as a stray over a month ago. He'll cry when you put him back. He just wants to stay with you. You can tell he had a home at some point. He REALLY needs someone to give him a chance. We learned so much about him after he spent a few days in a home. Gene is truly a perfect boy??. **Gene is estimated to be around 3 years old, and he weighs about 65 lbs. He was already neutered when he arrived at the pound. Gene is CRATE TRAINED, HOUSEBROKEN, and DOG FRIENDLY (meet always required). He loves water, does well in the car, and doesn't seem to mind kids either. While he enjoys his walks, Gene would much rather stretch his legs in the yard with you and enjoy a little freedom. Gene is a very sweet, smart, loving, and unbelievably handsome guy. He's going to make a great addition to someone's family.** The pound is very full?. Gene could really use a hero right about now!
