Gem is such a loveable little cuddle bug. She's got such a big personality about her and she just wants to throw herself fully into whatever she's doing, whether it's shoving herself in her foster siblings faces to play or holding you hostage until she's done showering you with doggy kisses. Gem lived up to her name and has even provided comfort to her nervous foster brother during their trip to the vet, which was just the sweetest thing to witness. Her confidence and exuberance is absolutely contagious and she is so grateful to be saved. If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
