My Story

Hi. My name is Garth. I am one of the best husky boys there is. I love to talk the husky language and I am very good at it. I was rescued from a place in ANderson, SC. When I arrived at my foster home the doctor told my foster mom that I needed surgery and I also had heartworms. My foster mom said she knew this was expensive but that if I needed it then I would have it. The nice doctor (Dr. Frank Moreland) said my eyes hurt me all the time because I had inverted eyelashes and the eyelashes were growing in towards my eyes and causing all of my eyes pain. He said he could fix that and then we would schedule my heartworm treatment. Now just 2 months later my eyes feel great, I can see, my eyes don't hurt anymore! WOW, life is great. I am getting ready for my heartworm treatment and then I am going to be looking for my very own family!!!! I am so excited. And to think that I almost gave up when I was at the shelter. God told me to have faith and look where I am now!!!!!
