FRED

FRED is a 10 year old Coonhound taken in as a lost dog on 11/4/23, He was found lying in a ditch. Other than ear infections and a severe skin issue, both of which are being treated, Fred appears good and healthy. His sniffer most definitely works and he uses it whenever he's on walks. Living in a kennel 24/7 doesn't provide him with the most important function he has, especially for his breed. After sniffing, Fred would rank people as his next favorite thing. He loves it when you get down on his level or when you scratch his hips. Fred also sings, but we haven't told him he sounds like a beached seal. He doesn't have time for toys or tricks, just scents, walks where he can wander as far as his nose takes him and peeps who adore him. Fred is altered, current on shots, wormed, treated with monthly heart worm and flea preventive and microchipped. His adoption fee is $75. Sweet, old guy seeking companionship with one who enjoys long, aimless walks.
