Frankie

Meet Frankie – This handsome young man is a shepherd/retriever mix puppy who is about 5 months old. He was found abandoned in Alb by a busy road. But that was then! Now this little sweetheart is busy learning basic commands and getting lots of attention. He has discovered that not all people are bad! Frankie is quick to learn and has a very sweet soul. His expressive eyes are searching to find his forever family where he can grow and learn and become part of a family. He is a fairly laid back guy who tends to take everything in stride and gets along great with other dogs and cats. He loves to make his people smile! He is great in the car and will roll over and stretch for that extra special belly rub!! He will be a beautiful dog and will grow to 65 lbs or so.

Because of his back ground he tends to resource guard (but is learning to share now he has a full belly) and we know that once he knows he is safe he will do well with everyone. He loves car rides, going to new places and learning new tricks and commands. This guy is the perfect family dog in the making and will be a wonderful addition to an active family with children and dogs or cats. Are you ready to have someone who will adore you always and be there through thick and thin?

Frankie is working on house training and will be neutered, UTD on shots, micro chipped and heartworm tested when his adoption is complete.
