Foster

Meet Foster!! Foster is one of those new designer breeds, a Westiz if you will. Half westie and half spitz ( and maybe a little shetland pony!). LOL! He is the sweetest guy you will ever hope to meet. Foster is 1 to 2 years old and such a nice calm young man. He loves to be close to you and will paw at your hand to remind you to pet him or rub his tummy. Foster is doing pretty well on his house training and is about 80% house broken. He doesn't mind cats, or other dogs. He is very loving and doesn't get into things he shouldn't. Foster was found shortly after July 4th with no collar or tag in the Tulsa area. Foster is rather tall as you can see in the picture of he and his westie friend, Maggie. He doesn't weigh any more than a regular westie but he is just a tad bit taller. Foster is very healthy and has no behavioral issues that we are aware of. Foster would prefer to be in a home where someone is around all the time, however he is a very good boy when his foster Mom is at work so being alone during the day isn't a problem for him. Do you have enough room in your heart for this tall, lean, handsome, man? He is waiting to find a home of his own so he can settle in and become the love of your life.

Oklahoma Westie Rescue will only adopt to applicants who reside within the following states: OK, AR, MO, KS and TX. If you live outside these areas OR if you have children under the age of 10, please do not apply for this dog.
