ADOPTED! - I know my name doesn't describe my hair coat, but....my LOOKS are sort of deceptive too. My coloring and my facial wrinkles make me look kind of scarey to some people, but......I'm actually very friendly, gentle, and sweet, and I'm a real cuddler too! I ADORE people (including kids, as long as they treat me gently) and I'm great with other dogs as well. I am a favorite with all the dog lovers at the dog park because I have such a loving personality and, while I like to play with other dogs, I'm just as happy sitting at my foster "mom's" feet, waiting to be petted. I would make a great family dog and a perfect couch potato. I'm between one and two years old (the perfect age!), and I weigh about 45 lbs., so I'm the perfect size too! I love to learn new things and am very eager to please. I'm starting to learn how to "sit" and not jump up on people--and my foster mom says I'm VERY smart. In fact, she says I would be the star of any obedience class I attended! My adoption fee is $250 and I have been spayed, microchipped, checked for intestinal parasites, immunized, and heartworm tested. One thing, though....I love to be with my people, so I don't want to have to be a "latchkey" dog where I'm left home alone for eight or nine hours a day. So, an owner who is retired (or semi-retired)--or an owner who works out of his/her home--would be best for me.
