Fernando was rescued in Yakima from a hoarding/neglectful situation.
He was rescued with what we assume to be his family.
He is very shy and will take some time to decompress in his new home. He is very sweet though and with a patient owner he will thrive.
He does amazing in a travel carrier, in the car, and will need some work with a leash.
He would probably benefit from a single female that lives in calm home environment. He would love having another dog companion.
