My Story
You should have seen this cutie four weeks ago!!! You would not have believed your eyes. She was sooooo emaciated and pitiful looking you would have wanted to sit down and cry. She was totally a rack of bones. Well, no wonder why, she was dumped at animal control to be put to death. That is a pretty good indication of what kind of life she had. Any caring person would NEVER take their own dog to the pound and sign their life away. Well, anyone who cares that is. WOW, is she ever lucky. We surely did get her out of there just in time. Felisha is a darling four year old, forty pound Redbone Coonhound mix. She is such a sweetheart too. She is very friendly, and getting happier every day. She loves everyone, two legged and four legged. She is soooo happy now that when she first meets someone, she just wags her tail and dances around. Lets face it, she does have a lot to be happy for, after all, she's alive!!!! She surely is a beauty now, and just getting prettier. She is getting some good food, good vitamins and she is in a foster home with a family that just loves the heck out of her and is very, very happy to take care of her. She has five two legged buds to play with, and she sure does love that!! She has a different bed to sleep in every night, having five playmates, she has a different snugglie buddy every night. She loves little doggie kisses and is very willing to give them out every opportunity she has!!! Felisha is a very good girl, very easy going and very grateful to be alive. She has a wonderful personality and has an awful lot to offer her new family. She says she will always be a very good girl, always do what she is told, always be your true blue companion, and always watch out for you, forever and ever. Sounds like a pretty darn good pooch huh!!! She does love car rides, and likes to go for walks. This special little buckarette is going to make somebody such a terrific pet that whoever does adopt her is going to wonder "how in the world did we go this long without this awesome gal". And you know what, that is a good question!!! All she really wants is a nice comfy place to call her own, a nice soft bed to sleep in, and nice big screen TV to watch, (tee hee) but mostly a loving family to always take the best care of her forever and ever!! She really is a keeper, and really wants to be yours!!! Adoption donation $85.00.
