My Story

How could you not fall for a dog whose head is as big as his heart! Farley won his new Dad over with his easy-going attitude and great in-house manners. Farley could win the award for best lounge dog.
Farley came into foster care from the Surrey SPCA, with miscellaneous bald spots that looked human made. We can now happily report that his coat is growing out, and he is looking ever so handsome. Congrats to Mike and Farley for finding each other, check out that huge smile!

Picture a HUGE head. Now give that big head + beefy body, a set of short, stocky legs, and you have our Farley.

Farley is all head and heart. He has fantastic manners in the house, and is really easy to fall in love with. He is an excellent apartment dog, who is not destructive when left alone.

He is a Champagne colored Pit Bull mixed with either American Bulldog or Mastiff. He was bred for bronze, and well... laziness. A short and wide: not built for speed or endurance. He is currently competing in a marathon couch potato race. We think that he might just become champion. Laziness aside, Farley does need to get some walks in to keep himself in fair shape. Due to his funny conformation, Farley does have leg stiffness that makes him a bit slower than most dogs his age. He also has some hair missing from his sides, that he hopes his new home will not care about, because it certainly does not bother him. Overall he is a very handsome, tug-boat of a gent!

Farley is 4 years old and incredibly sweet. He is pretty good with dogs, but thinks that cats are enticing enough to get him off of the couch- so no small animals for him. He formerly lived with a female Pit Bull, and likes the rowdy play-style of other bully breeds.

Farley would make an excellent apartment dog, and would even be a fun work buddy. He is very well-mannered, and due to his unique looksdefinitely is used to getting attention where-ever he goes.
