FALCON - Paws Behind Bars Trained

This special guy would love to find a kid free, FEMALE ONLY household. If said females worked from home that would be ideal for this stage 5 clinger. Falcon is affectionate, playful, loyal, and protective. He is great in public and at the vet. He is super duper friendly with lady dogs, however, he would probably drive an older low energy dog crazy. He has never met a cat. He is obedience trained, house trained, and crate trained. Falcon would prefer to sleep in bed with you but needs to be crated when left alone because he is curious about all the delicious things on tabletops and counters. He requires a home with a physical fence. Due to breed restrictions we are not able to adopt him to folks in rentals/apartments. He was adopted out once as a small pup and was sadly failed and returned to rescue. Falcon has made tremendous progress learning to trust people again. For this reason, we are being very selective about his potential forever home so he never goes through that again. IMPORTANT: Please Keep in mind Falcon is 1 year old with a life expectancy of 14 years. Our guiding principle for adoptions is to seek the right fit for our rescues and the families, including a home that can stay committed to the animal for life.
