Faith

Our Faith is a very special girl. She is a sweet, beautiful, charming dog with an extremely warm personality. She enjoys walks with her favorite people and getting her tummy rubbed. She wants so much to please those around her. She is perfectly happy and easy company when she has people around her but gets very anxious if left alone too long. She doesn't understand why someone wouldn't want to be with her or take her with them. She loves car rides and does not mind waiting in the car while you run errands. Faith has spent time with and has proven very polite and respectful towards confident cats but would not be much fun for a fearful cat to live with. One morning, while Faith was at the shelter, a member of the staff discovered that she wasn't feeling well. Upon further investigation it was discovered that she had a distended abdomen (which means her stomach flipped over cutting off the entrance and exit to her stomach). This is a very serious condition and she was rushed to the veterinarian where they performed an emergency operation to correct the problem. Despite Faith's great discomfort she was still in high spirits, offering a tail wag in greeting to the veterinary staff. Faith is recovering very well as she is indeed a strong, determined girl. Faith is extremely loyal and faithful. If given the chance with a great home to call her own she will quickly become a greatful companion.
