Eve

Eve is a petite 18 month old pit mix who was rescued from a kill shelter on New Years Eve. She is very friendly and loving, with a sweet and mellow personality. Her favorite thing to do is curl up on the couch with her foster mom and roll over on her back for belly rubs. Evie is a very loyal, trusting, well behaved girl. She is housebroken, sleeps in a crate all night and rarely needs a middle of the night walk (but sometimes she does :) She loves when her foster mom takes her for walks at Smithville park. She needs to be well secured during car rides, she thinks it's ok to give hugs and kisses while her foster mom is driving. This dog is used to living in a home and would transition easily into a new family who can give her structure and adequate exercise. I have left her loose in the house when Ive gone to work. When I returned home Eve was sleeping quietly on the couch, the house was exactly as I left it. She gets along great with my male dog, but a dog meet would be necessary prior to placement. Being an only dog would be ok, but absolutely no cats or small furry animals, she takes her job as a terrier very seriously. There is so much good about this dog, she just needs a chance at a new life with someone who can keep her forever (her previous owners couldn't keep her but did a great job raising her). Eves foster mom has hope she will find a home for this girl and is very eager to help save another dog in need. Please contact Michelle @ [email protected]
