Meet Eugene, a male chihuahua mix believed to be 2-4 yrs old. This little boy weighs in at under 15 lbs, has a calm disposition but is very shy. He was surrendered by his owner along with three other siblings of various ages. Eugene is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and neutered.
