EMMY- Needs a forever home!

Sweet Emmy is a 10 year old Lab/Shepherd mix who weighs approx 67#. She loves to go for car rides, hang out with people and play. She loves her butt and ears scratched. Emmy loves to swim in a pool too!! Emmy would do best as the only dog. Unfortunately, we do not know how she is with cats. Emmy would be a wonderful companion dog for an empty nester. She would do best in a quiet home. Emmy requires a fenced yard where she can safely run and play. This gorgeous girl is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, on monthly heartworm preventative as well as house and crate trained. Emmy is a very loving girl that is looking to be loved and spoiled for the rest of her life. All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs.
