Hi everypuppy! I am Elvira, hanging out here in beautiful, wintery Iowa, and I am looking for the bery bestest furever home.

The PALS people said I should tell ya that I'm a weally pwetty silvery schnauzer girl, but mostly what I wanted to talk about is getting the lovies. I'm not weally lookin fur a fambly who wants a pwetty girl like me...what I would weally love is a fambly who wants somepuppy like me for lots of cuddling, and loving, and sitting on laps!

I am just 5 years old, about to turn 6 - but wait, my birfday is Feb 29, 2000 - so I don't get to turn 6 this year. And weally, does that mean that I'm only like 2 years old? I think I'm gettin gypped in the birfday pawty department...

OK, there is somefin serious that ya need to know about me. I've spent the first 5 years of my life makin lots of babies, and watching them go away, and then makin more. Nobody asked me if that's what I wanted to do, but I'm little and helpless and I tried to tell them that I wanted a fambly, but they didn't care. So now I finally get a fambly, but I'm gonna need one who is gentle and patient and understanding wif me as I learn about my new life, and things like leashes, and stairs, and pottying outside (tho I am pwetty much paper-trained).

I'm gonna need a fenced-in yard cuz I love to play and run like the wind. I've gotta lotta energy, and when it's time to play, I mean business!! I get along with anyone and anypuppy, I don't care if they have 2 legs, 3 legs, 4 legs, or 7 legs, I just like everyone I meet.

The PALS people are gonna get me to the dogtor so I don't hafta have babies any more, and get me all my shots, and if I need it, they'll get my toofers shined up. And then, I'll be weady to come HOME!!! So pweez e-mail or call the PALS people if you are the one who is meant to be my fambly.

ADOPTIONS: We don't let the fact that you might live out of state stop any adoption that's meant to be, but you MUST be willing to drive, or fly, all the way to pick up your new family member.

ADOPTION DONATIONS: Adoption donations for PALS animals go directly either to medical care for those or other furkids in need, or towards the fund for building a much-needed animal shelter.
