My name is Elsie and I enjoy long walks on the beach. I know all the girlies say that but there is nothing better than the beach breeze on my face and splashing through all the waves that come out to play with me. I was born into this big world without vision, but let me tell you it has only enhanced my radar for love and affection. I am a sweet, loving, dog friendly girl who can't get enough of her walkies. I know right where foster mom keeps my leash and harness, I adapt to new spaces quickly and can find my way around with ease!
I'm dog friendly, cat friendly, potty trained, every toy is my best friend and am the best shotgun rider you'll ever come across.
