Elsie came to us with several other small dogs from a high kill shelter in California. It seems there is no end to the small dogs needing rescued. We are happy to help out these sweet little ones and Elsie is just that. She may be a little older than most but she is nice as can be. She wants to snuggle up and just hang out with someone, will it be you?
