Meet this Icy girl, Elsa! She came to us in March and is such an exceptional dog. We believe Elsa is a little over a year old and is such a smart girl! We hate seeing her struggle with the shelter life but some dogs just do not adjust very well to itl. Elsa has so much to offer to make someone proud and we just know her forever is out there for her.
