Elliot is a mature Chihuahua (maybe min-pin?) mix. He was originally found in a card board box. When he first arrived at his new foster home he was a handful. Now, 2 weeks later, he has turned into a nice little guy. He loves running with his many foster brothers and sisters. he has learned to trust that when his foster mom picks him up, it is a good thing and there is no need to growl. Elliot would do best with a person or people familiar with the little dog Napoleon complex. He believes he is fierce, but given time and love, he becomes a moosh who likes sitting in your lap and giving little Elliot kisses. Plus, he is one handsome little guy!
