Ella-Bug

Hi my name is Ella or Ella Bug as they called my down south. I am sort of a celebrity but I really don't like to brag about it. Well what the heck, I was on TV and I have to admit I loved the limelight. I have been told that I am the perfect size. I am only 1 yrs old but I have stopped growing and at 25 pounds I would make the ideal pet for a fun family. I think I love kids because I can't stop wagging my tail and licking your hands and face. I just love to be with anyone. When I got off the truck in NH I was expecting more press so I jumped out and showed off my stuff to all the staff at SARL. They thought I was just the cutest so I know that they will be lining up my press soon. That means I won't be staying very long at the shelter because I know a family looking for a GREAT family dog will be in to take me home soon. Will that family be you?

If the dog is available and a possible match, you will be contacted by an Adoption Counselor who will review your lifestyle, expectations, and experience and guide your selection of the most appropriate pet. SARL reserves the right to refuse to adopt to any applicant. By requesting information on an animal and initiating the screening process, it is not a guarantee that particular animal is yours to adopt. SARL does not place our pets on a "first come, first served" basis. We only adopt to local candidates who are able to visit our shelter and never ship any of our pets regardless of the suitability of the prospective home.
