Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a 9 year old, purebred JRT and is not fixed, but will be before she can be adopted. She is extremely sweet and loves attention but is a retired hunting dog so would not do well with small animals in the house and needs a JRT proof yard or at the least a large kennel. She is crate trained. She would probably get along with a larger breed dog, especially if it was a male. She has never, ever shown any aggression towards people however she has not been around young children. We would love for her to go to someone who has experience with the breed but we do not want her to go to someone who plans on hunting with them because they most likely will not respond to a stranger in the field.
