This boy has been neglected for so long by the person who was supposed to love and protect him. He was left chained up outside with only a deck for shelter which he hid under for safety from all the threats in the outdoors. He has already started seeking out pets, cuddles, and is giving kisses! He's ready to be a dog that is loved, and valued! He is super curious as he's never been able to be a "normal dog" and has started showing interests in toys and balls!
