Another little soul has lost everything he has known. Dylan's dad was admitted to a long term care facility and there was no one to help poor Dylan. He has ended up being surrendered into a pound facility. No more does this sweet little guy have a home to call his own, no bed to lay his head on, no one to love him and take him for his walks.
