You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hello! My name is Dutton (but everyone calls me a teddy-bear, haha!) I'm a 1-yr old, male golden mix - around 60lbs. I'm a gentle, loving guy just hoping to find the family that will love me forever. I'm a very good boy, so it should be easy to love and keep me! I am house trained, doggie door trained, and ecollar trained. I am a bit undersocialized - I haven't been on very many outings in my short life. I still need to perfect my leash walking skills, and I'm getting over my fear of bikes. However, I love spending time out on the trails with my foster pack and I'm making quick progress when it comes to "socialization!" Having a good doggy around to follow defiitely helps. I LOVE my foster siblings. You can usually find me playing with my 1-yr old foster sibling, or cuddling with my 4-yr foster sibling. I previously lived with an 8 yr old fur sister who I loved, and I would love to live with an older, confident dog sibling again. I have met children as young as 2 and have done well with them. I'm a bit shy around men, not sure why though I do eventually warm up, but I love my foster mom and her female friends and will protect them from all of the scary things (like bikes). My ideal family will dedicate time to my training to help me get over my fears. They will also be active and take me on hikes and adventures. And most of all, they will commit to being my permanent home forever and shower me with all of the love, which I will reciprocate x1000. Think i could be the boy for you?
